Monthly Inspiration

Hello Everyone.

Life has been very busy around here – but a good busy.

I am working on a post to bring you all up to date on our activities and hopefully I’ll have it done in a couple of days, but in the meantime, I will leave you with our monthly inspiration.

The truth will set you free. John 8:32

From my 2023 wall calendar: “The truth will set you free.” John 8:32. The birds appear to be black capped chickadees and I believe the tree is a white birch tree.

You might notice I’m still trying to figure out the new camera. Despite my efforts the date and time are still on the photos and for some reason while the lower right of this photo seems to be in focus the upper left does not. So much for the “automatic” setting. LOL!

Hello and welcome.

I apologize for being MIA for the last couple of weeks, but life has taken some twists and turns, and my focus has not been on writing. I have started a “catch-up” post and hope to have it done over the weekend (this is a three-day holiday weekend so perhaps by Monday).

For now, here is our monthly inspiration.

From my 2023 wall calendar.

*My dad gave me a new camera and I am still figuring it out. Somehow, I got the date and time stamp turned on and now I have to figure out how to turn it off.*

Monthly Inspiration

Hello and welcome to August 2023. I don’t know about you but I’m still savoring this summer weather because before I know it we will be turning on the furnace and adding extra layers of clothing when we go outside. Many of our feathered friends will also be heading south.

From my 2023 wall calendar.

Our bird this month is the American Goldfinch also sometimes referred to as a wild canary.

Wishing you a wonderful August.

Monthly Inspiration

Hello and welcome. June snuck up on us and here we are two days in already.

From my 2023 wall calendar.

Our inspirational birds this month are black capped chickadees and as pretty as they are I think the verse is even more beautiful. “Peace and love be with you in abundance.” Jude 1:2. It is my prayer for all of you.

Thanks for visiting and Happy June!
