Both of these recipes look delicious Ruth. I am not much of a cook, favoring the crockpot (which I can’t mess up). You are lucky to be so handy in the kitchen as well as craft-wise. You are also lucky to have the garden and have no worries during this cyclospora outbreak which lingers on.
