I was in college when this song first came out with Cat Stevens, and I loved it. I was surprised years later to learn that it’s an old hymn.

I always loved that song Ruth – I played that album until the grooves were worn out. I think, even if you had not included this song in your post, I would have immediately saw the sunrise and the peaceful, still morn and thought of this song.
