I have heard or read just a portion of this quotation and have never seen the quote in its entirety Ruth – it pairs beautifully with the picture. Both are extraordinary.

Thanks Linda. I don’t remember when I first heard it (decades ago) but it was stored somewhere in my memory. When I did an internet search it came up. I was happy that I was able to get it right and give credit.

Funny that we hear abridged phrases or quotes and then years later we found who really said them and the entire quote … that has happened to me many times since writing this blog.
