I was looking for a bunny hot pad pattern when I came across this Easter basket pattern. It seemed simple enough so I decided to give it a go. They did work up very quickly. I think these will be just the right size to fill with Easter treats for the grandkids. I added the color trim on the ears to differentiate between Jackson’s and Addy’s.

I’m glad you’ll get to see the grandchildren for this holiday, having had to miss Halloween (and likely last Easter) due to COVID.

Me Too Linda. I am done social distancing from my kids and grandkids. I have told them all if it’s a hug that kills me at least I will die happy.

Well that’s a good way to look at it Ruth. I am sure your kids and grandkids are all mindful of being careful and it will be safe. Hopefully soon we’ll all be vaccinated and the President said 4th of July we may have independence from COVID. I’m not confident in that statement, but he is, so it is good to hang our hat on that for now.
